  • Steffany

    Pilates Instructor

Steffany is part of the first Club Pilates certified trainers in the Tampa area. I'm originally from Venezuela, I moved to Tampa on 2014. After hurting my back weightlifting, I was in need of a low impact and effective workout...Pilates was the answer! I fell in love with Pilates not only for the full body workout, but also the mind, body, soul connection. A few fun facts about Steffany, she's an Architect, she loves to dance and travel to different countries.

  • Greg

    Lead Instructor

Originally from South Africa, Greg has a degree in sports management and an advanced certification in nutritional science. Greg has always had a passion for the field of health and fitness. He has taught and coached sports to children in schools and sports centers as well as exercise classes designed for children with special needs. Greg has been an avid marathon runner for the past 20 years, is a running coach, and has run in many marathons in different countries. While living in London for several years, Greg became very interested in Pilates. He acquired his Pilates reformer certification in London and worked as an instructor there for two years as well as a certified spin instructor. Greg then moved to California where he progressed in Pilates by studying his mat certification under the late well-renowned Julian Littleford. From there, he moved to NYC as a freelance Pilates instructor with experience training all types of clients with various injuries, misalignment, and rehabilitation through the use of all Pilates apparatus.

  • Kristin

    Instructor

Kristin Ripley is a Tampa native, and has been active in sports and fitness throughout her life. She was a competition level dancer with Dancemakers School of the Dance for 9 years. She was involved with various sports such as cheerleading, tennis, track & field, and volleyball as a child at Carrollwood Day School and as a teenager at the Academy of Holy Names & Sickles High School. Kristin has always found a great interest in the human body and how to keep it healthy. She graduated from Remington College with a degree in Medical Assisting in 2004, and thought she had found her passion for helping people. After suffering from multiple back and neck injuries, Kristin began taking Pilates to build core strength and increase flexibility. Once she experienced the unique and beneficial workout Pilates gave her, she realized she had found her true passion and decided to make a career change. Kristin earned her certification in Pilates Mat in January 2005, followed by Pilates Apparatus in February 2005 through the PhysicalMind Institute. The knowledge she received from her Medical Assisting practice has helped a great deal with understanding individual client ailments and needs. Kristin had her first child in March of 2011 and her second child in August of 2013. Throughout her pregnancies, she continued her individual Pilates practice 3-4 times per week, and continued training clients until 3 weeks before her due date. Prenatal Pilates is a great way to stay in shape during your pregnancy, to help with labor, and to ensure the body's ability to bounce back post-pregnancy! "Teaching people the importance of Pilates has brought so much happiness to my life. I love seeing people change their bodies and feel better! Clients walk in the studio stressed out from their day, and walk out feeling stretched, strengthened, and happier than when they came in. That makes me smile!"

  • Joyce

After many years of athletic training, and through a variety of venues such as Boot Camp Conditioning, Marathon training, Running and Triathlons I discovered Pilates. I spent over 30 years in Corporate Management and it wasn’t until I tried my first Club Pilates Class did I realize how important Pilates would be to my overall physical and mental development as a person. My lifestyle has embraced the beauty of Pilates and it’s method of building strength and flexibility through Body, Mind and Spirit. Recently married and happy with one grown son, I look forward to sharing my experiences, expertise and love for the art of Pilates with you!
